Thank you for shopping with Alya Pearls. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase for many years to come.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the date your order was delivered for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unless you have received a damaged or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable fees. For your protection, we recommend purchasing insurance for your return package, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.

To request a return, please submit an application through your account on our website or email us at alya@margaretjewelry.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions. You can also contact us directly via Instagram DM: @alyapearls.

Refunds can be expected within one week of our receiving your returned product. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Before shipping any custom order, we will share confirmation photos with you. Your order will be shipped only after you confirm that you are satisfied with the quality.
