When to send your necklace
1) Add pearls
If you’re continuing your collection or marking a milestone, you can order pearls through our website and choose to have them held for you or added right away.
2) Refresh & repair
Common reasons include:
- Restringing a broken or loosened strand
- Repairing or replacing a worn clasp
- Upgrading hardware or adding a small charm
If you notice looseness, uneven spacing, or general wear, it may be time for a simple service.
3) Restore or gift a meaningful piece
We’re happy to help you bring an heirloom or sentimental necklace back to its best condition so it can be enjoyed again—or given to someone special.
What to include
After you contact us and receive shipping details, please place our Shipping Form in your package. If you can’t print it, a handwritten note is fine.
