When do we ship?

We ship on regular business days Monday–Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for order processing.

For most orders, we ship in batches every Wednesday and Friday.

Order processing time

Because all of our pieces are handmade, please allow up to 5 business days for order preparation before shipping.

Standard shipping & local carriers

We use a trusted third-party logistics partner in Hong Kong. After international transit, your parcel will be handed off to your local carrier.

We can upgrade your shipping to DHL or FedEx for an additional $10–$20, depending on your package weight and destination. This option is typically much faster than standard shipping.
